Deal 4 damage. Deals 2 additional damage for each Vulnerable on the enemy.

Dominate applies 1 Vulnerable, boosting Bully's 4 damage to 6 (+50%)

Apply 1 Vulnerable. Gain 1 Strength for each Vulnerable on the enemy.

Deal 8 damage. If the enemy is Vulnerable, hits twice.
